In addition to the more traditional tiered cakes, Top Tier offers a variety of other dessert options that include cupcakes, cake pops, and the newest fad….push pops.
Located within the Rochester International Event Center, Top Tier Delights is given the opportunity to work with the all the culinary and professional staff to provide a variety of other dessert and pastry offerings.
Top Tier Delights is led by Pastry Chef Dawn Hodapp. Chef Hodapp joined the Powers Ventures team in October of 2012 after she relocated to Rochester with her family. Before coming to work at Top Tier, she was the lead baker at the posh Sun Valley Resort in Sun Valley, ID. Dawn is a graduated from Johnson & Wales University with a bachelor’s degree in Baking & Pastry Arts. Chef Hodapp brings with her years of experience and much excitement to work with the clientele here in the Rochester area.
